Recently someone asked me what I would do if I got pregnant (since I don't think I really want kids). Um, duh. I'd have it. Like I told him, I'm far too old to even consider abortion as an option.* I have a job and a healthy, stable relationship. Under those circumstances, you get over yourself. I couldn't believe that at this age, that would even be a question.
*I would never choose abortion, no matter how old I was -- but I too believe that it's not the government's place to tell us we can't make the decision for ourselves.
